Like most clothing, human bodies are designed to be folded so they can easily fit into small spaces such as suitcases and fish tanks. Increase your ability to be carry-on luggage with today's Groupon: for $15, you get five classes at Bikram Yoga Milwaukee (a $90 value), located on Commerce Street.
Yogis of all experience levels can enjoy the benefits of high-temperature, calorie-killing workouts at Bikram Yoga Milwaukee. Using the methods of Bikram yoga, instructor Bron Gacki —who has practiced yoga for about 10 years—will lead students through five classes ($18 per class). Each class covers a lineup of 26 postures, two breathing exercises, and a dozen mental flaming hula hoops to build strength, improve flexibility, and beef up balance. During the 90-minute sessions, the energy-efficient facility is heated to 105 degrees and hovers around 40-percent humidity, which increases blood circulation, heats up muscles to help prevent injury, and allows toxins to get sweated out of the body. The program effectively works the whole body, from muscles and tendons to gills and wings.
Bikram Yoga Milwaukee features spacious changing rooms, showers, and a state-of-the-art, well-lit workout facility to make room for the many stretching and sweating bodies that tread across its gentle carpets. If you don’t own your own, towels, yoga mats, and water are available to rent, purchase, or barter if you have enough goats or Robin Yount baseball cards. Check the schedule for available class times.
You must redeem your Groupon by September 1 and use the remaining classes within six months.

To help students of all ages and abilities stave of injuries and retain youthful flexibility, instructors turn to Bikram Choudhury’s unique spin on yoga, leading a fixed series of 26 postures in 105-degree heat. The heat helps deepen each stretch, kick start circulation, detoxify the body, and disguise any chronic sweating conditions. Bikram Yoga Milwaukee's instructors host more than 50 weekly classes between both locations.
