Hello. All Groupon classes are set in our system to expire 4/15/2014. We are very good about extending passes though. We hope to see you. Thank you, Rebecca

I would suggest contacting them directly at (707) 545-9642 for more information about the activity and if it's a good fit for you.

Hello Joann, Good question! All of our classes are for beginners. Students can take breaks at any time. Yoga can have amazing benefits for those suffering with chronic pain due to arthritis, scoliosis, tendinitis, etc... I would recommend trying a class, but really taking it slow and easy on yourself. Elias is one of our instructors. He has been teaching for 12 years and is very good with beginners and also those with injuries or chronic pain. He teaches Thursdays at 4:30pm and 6:30pm, also Saturdays at 10am and 12pm. Our studio always offers a special of 5 classes for $25. Yoga is all about taking care of your body and gaining a stronger mind / body connection. Your body may really love this yoga. Maybe you will take your first class and decide that it is not for you. In our classes you can always stop and take a break. Just take each class one step at a time. If you do not feel comfortable trying a few postures, just stand by and watch. It takes time for the body to change and eventually your body may be ready to try all of the postures. I hope to see you soon. Feel free to come by the studio any time and take class, or ask questions and see the yoga room. Take care, Rebecca
