Bikram Yoga TNT
At Bikram Yoga TNT, students sweat through the 26 revitalizing postures of Bikram yoga during challenging 90-minute classes. Poses soon become second nature; instructors conduct every class the same way, helping students learn what to expect as they twist, stretch, and detoxify in a room heated to more than 100 degrees. This includes working out 14 major joints in Eagle pose, or relieving lower back pain while balancing in Tree pose. As they progress, students gain strength and flexibility and burn calories before heading off to the onsite showers to rinse away the perspiration.
