What You'll Get
Yoga masters strive to bridge the gap between body and mind, long separated by a moat of neurons swarming with man-eating synapses. Storm the gates of your nervous system with today's Groupon: for $25, you get a 10-class card (a $140 value) at Bikram Yoga Hampden on West 36th Street. The card is good for 60 days after its initial activation. Today's Groupon is available to new students, while current Bikram Yoga Hampden can check today's Side Deal.
Bikram Yoga Hampden helps students push their bodies to higher levels of strength and flexibility with a variety of drop-in hot-yoga classes. Yoga disciples plumb their metaphysical depths over 90-minute bouts of 26 poses and two breathing exercises in a studio heated to about 105 degrees. With the thermostat cranked to a warm, humid, and detoxifying temperature, students narrow their focus to sweat out their toxins and forge new, flexible frontiers while maintaining rhythmic, deep relaxation breathing. Aside from empowering the mind, muscles, and soul, Bikram classes provide proven benefits, such as assisting in injury recovery, tissue regeneration, illness relief, and the tackling of rabid elephants of discontentedness.
The Hampden studio covers 8,000 square-feet of bliss and serenity. Students lounge and prepare themselves in the spacious relaxation area before and after classes. The facility is equipped with modern locker rooms, complete with showers and changing rooms to eliminate the aftereffects of an hour and a half spent in triple-digit heat. Students can learn more from Bikram Yoga Hampden's experts on how to prepare, but all students are encouraged to bring a mat, large towel, and water, though all three are available at the studio for rent or sale.

About Yoga Tree
After earning her Bikram yoga instructor certification from the practice's founder in 1999, Bikram Choudhury, studio director Sarah Ittmann traveled the world teaching the 26-posture practice throughout the United States, Canada, England, and Ireland. Now settled in Baltimore, Sarah, her husband Henri, and their team of teachers host a variety of daily yoga classes in a 2,000-square-foot space, including Bikram, Vinyasa, and Yin. The studio also features ample free parking in the rear of the building, along with men's and women's locker rooms equipped with showers, toiletries, and hair-dryers.
