With this breathing technique, you can take control of your nervous system. Simple, effective, and transformational
THE PROCESS: We will prepare the body with a few salutations, then breathe over the course of 30-45 minutes, perhaps 3-4 rounds of breathing. In between rounds I will give you guided prompts that take you deeper into your soul. You will be immersed in this energy of Being (the portal) for 1-2 minutes, and then we will repeat the round again for a total of 3-4 rounds.
You may have outbursts of laughing or crying, notice cold sensations, and tingling. All of these are expected changes that result from changing your body's chemistry through the breath. We will follow up with a session of yoga nidra to assimilate the circulating prana into your nadis and chakras.
It is recommended to wait for at least 15-30 minutes prior to driving, to allow yourself to process the experience and move about your day. This fundamentals class will take around 1 hour to complete.
