Open to students of all skill levels, each 90-minute class takes place in a room heated to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, which helps loosen muscles and increase flexibility while sweat flushes toxins out through the skin. A series of 26 yoga poses and two breathing exercises engage every part of the body, cueing the heart and lungs to spread nutrients and oxygen throughout organs and limbs, as the entire class stretches its arms in unison in the universal sign for “It’s very hot in here.”
