Experienced guides lead exciting rafting trips on II–III+ rapids or rent customers a variety of watersport equipment
- Duration of rental:
- Eight hours for the full-day float tube rental
- Customers are back by 5 PM
- Four hours for the half-day SUP (stand-up paddleboard) rental
- Eight hours for the full-day 9 ft. “Mini Me” raft rental
- Four hours for the half-day inflatable kayak rental
- What’s included:
- Personal flotation device and helmet for the float tube rental
- Paddle, personal flotation device, helmet, and a leash for the stand-up paddleboard rental
- Up to two paddles, two helmets, and two personal flotation devices for the 9 ft. “Mini Me” raft rental
- Double-side paddle, personal flotation device, and helmet for the kayak rental
- What’s included in the half-day Browns Canyon rafting trip:
- 12 miles of class II–III+ rapids
- A guide on every raft (rafts are rugged inflatable self-bailing and 12 to 16 feet in length)
- All necessary river equipment
- Personal flotation device (type V)
- Waterproof dry bags for personal gear 3.3. cu.ft)
- First-aid and safety supplies
- Customers can choose to be on a paddle raft (participatory) or an oared raft (non-paddling)

- Age restriction for the rafting trip: must be 10 or older
- What to bring:
- Long john style wetsuit/boots for cold months or Class IV+
- Nylon shorts or swimsuit under wetsuit
- Non-cotton shirt or poly propylene top (fleece top)
- Warm jacket, windproof or Fleece, water resistant
- Pair of tennis shoes – tie on preferred (no sandals) or wet boots
- Wool socks will help keep feet warm in tennis shoes
- Sunglasses with loss protector/keeper, with UV protection
- Sunblock (over 8000′ altitude – lots of UV exposure)
- Hat for sun protection (tie-on)
- Splash jackets/pants are provided (you can bring your own)
- Must bring a mask and personal water bottles, not goggles
- All customers (both for rental and the rafting trip) must bring mask and water bottles
- Wetsuits and boots available to rent for all activities / rentals. $10 at check in.
