Choose Between Two Options

  • $87 for a biplane ride at Acadia National Park (a $175 value)
  • $84 for a glider-plane ride at Bar Harbor (a $169 value)

Taking off near Acadia National Park, 20-minute biplane rides begin by heading eastward to survey the coastline. Experienced pilots steer the classic aircraft over Bar Island for aerial views of Otter Cliffs and the Egg Rock lighthouse. The final approach before landing showcases sweeping vistas near Somes Sound. Alternatively, glider-plane rides spend 15–20 minutes of flight time smoothly exploring Bar Harbor's skies at a height of 2,500 feet. Both flights take passengers over the lush landscape of Acadia National Park.

Biplane Rides Over Atlanta

Biplane Rides Over Atlanta, Inc.'s practiced pilots leap into the air in fully restored antique aircraft to grant passengers a glimpse of natural and manmade majesties from above. In the open-air cockpit of a classic antique biplane, adventurers can taste the whipping winds of high altitudes over Downtown Atlanta, glimpsing Turner Field, the Georgia Dome, and Centennial Olympic Park, where the Farmer's Almanacs of previous eras are put out to pasture. Alternately, they can surmount the igneous crown of Stone Mountain and soar above the Mississippi riverboats that dot the surrounding lakes, or gently flit over the cityscape bathed in a golden aura during a romantic sunset flight.

I had a wonderful experience on my biplane ride over Atlanta. Definitely exhilarating to say the least. A must..

It was a great experience. We went on a hot sunny day. It is load - so maybe bring your own ear protection. They provide earplugs too! I will take more on this flight when I have time. It was great seeing buildings and such from the air!

This was a blast!! You walk through the 57th Fighter Group restaurant, out onto the back porch, and out to the plane. The theme and decor of the restaurant is a perfect match for the bi-plane ride. A great lunch or dinner date plan.
