About Bison Witches Bar and Deli
It all started in 1995 as a modest neighborhood haunt in Tucson, Arizona. That small, 700-square-foot space became known as an inviting source for cold drinks and delicious deli sandwiches, bread-bowl soups, and appetizers. The original Bison Witches Bar and Deli swiftly doubled in size, then it expanded to new locations in Norman, Oklahoma, and Lincoln, Nebraska. Each location offers the same warm atmosphere, but its cooks put a local spin on the menu. Consider the Husker chicken-breast sandwich in Lincoln or the Sooner roast beef in Norman—both of which complement the local beers on tap.
