Black Ox Bistro
Every piece of meat that comes through Black Ox Bistro is sourced from a local, family-owned farm in Ontario. Black Ox Bistro serves up tender cuts of steak that are never frozen, AAA and 28 day aged.
The chefs at Black Ox serve up Modern American cuisine influenced by international flavors, cooking up everything from Brisket Poutine, Churrasqueira wings, Beef Wellington, Satay Ribs and Italian inspired Steak Fettuccinne. Steaks are a specialty, prepared with a choice of marinades and sides, resulting in one such combination: filet mignon, poached half lobster, Black Ox bacon and potato croquette,grilled tomato, charred red onion, beef au jus, lobster bisque crème .
