Warning: Do NOT go there for Botox. I spent $400 with zero results. I mean zero. I just moved back to Dallas and was looking for a new Botox provider. So, I checked Groupon to get started. When I called to tell him about my experience, he said it’s always the Groupon people that complain and want to get Botox for free. Just trust me on this one.

I asked for something for minor lines above my forehead. He overinjected and injected additional areas and constantly tried to upsell me various products. The appointment also started an hour late. As a result, I can’t move my forehead, have asymmetrical eyebrows, and a dropped brow, which gives me an angry appearance. After speaking to another doctor and showing my before pictures, the doctor told me that there’s no way I should’ve gotten that much botox and that the guy wasn’t listening to my wishes and overinjected to sell more product.

Dr Blaha is a wonderful doctor very knowledgeable in his practice. I have been going to him for over a year and even now that I'm in a different city travel to his office for my professional services with his expertise and professionalism. Very humble and precise in his treatments to ensure patients are content and satisfied. He'll be my doctor for as long as possible. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love him. He’s very detailed and knowledgeable. I took my sister for Botox (it was a surprise) and he explained every step to her and sent her home with literature. We’ll be back!

About This Deal

Choose from Three Options

  • $75.50 for a medical check-up with blood work ($160 value)
  • $61 for a complete physical exam with medical history ($165 value)
  • $69 for a prevention and wellness exam with four vitamin B12 injections ($185 value)

B12 Injections: A Nutritional Detour

For some people, B12 injections can be more effective than ingesting supplements. Read on to learn more about this crucial option for getting your vitamins.

B12: a vitamin that helps maintain nerve cells and produce healthy red blood cells, which transport oxygen to body tissue. It’s found in dairy, eggs, meat, and fish, as well as fortified cereals and yeast extracts.

Anemia: a lower-than-normal amount of red blood cells, and often the most noticeable symptom of a B12 deficiency. Other short-term symptoms can include fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, and constipation or diarrhea.

Intrinsic factor: a protein that helps absorb B12 via normal digestion. People who have insufficient amounts of intrinsic factor are also at risk of a B12 deficiency since the vitamin cannot be properly absorbed from simply chugging a can of multivitamins.

B12 injections: a source of B12 that can—especially for people with low intrinsic factor—be more effective than supplements. In two to three days, patients tend to see results such as a boost in red blood-cell production, increased energy, shinier hair, and a clearer complexion.

Homocysteine: an amino acid linked to increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. As B12 boosts red-cell production, it also lowers levels of homocysteine.
