Q&A with Rebecca Blais, Owner
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Blazin Fitness specializes in helping you accomplish your personal goals. We use alignment, adaptations and mechanics specific to your body to help you see results faster and quicker. Each person’s workout will differ from the next depending on what his or her body needs personally. We believe fitness is a choice and we want to help you maintain that choice until you reach your success.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We specialize in adaptive fitness [and work with] the spectrum of disabilities [with classes that include] Yoga for Combat Veterans. The Combat Connection LLC raises community awareness around paramount issues. Bi-Monthly "Karma" Yoga is strictly donation based class open to all for the "Adopt a Soldier/Vet in Need" fund. 100% of the proceeds are contributed.
We also offer classes for sports injuries and injury management-prevention, along with Yoga Foundations, (4 wk group on separate schedule), body weight, Circuit and Core fitness training. Specialty clinics include frequent rotations of Barre conditioning, Yoga Posture clinics, flexibility-inversion clinics, and Nutrition workshops; to name just a few.
