After spending 16 years working in New York sushi bars, chef-owner Hendra reinvigorated Bleu Sushi's atmosphere in 2014 with an intimate black and royal blue decor. However, the signature of Hendra's helm of the Zagat-rated, 40-seat BYOB restaurant is its carefully-crafted menu, which boasts a blend of high-quality raw fish and traditional Japanese cuisine. In addition to maki, specialty rolls, and tempura, distinctive dishes such as the eel-infused Unagi Don in a hot stone Korean dolsot bowl leave customers' stomachs full at reasonable prices. While Bleu Sushi's ambiance pairs perfectly with a date night out, hungry diners can also take advantage of lunch specials during the day.
