Yoga instructor Andrew Horgan guides students through a variety of yoga poses that strengthen the core and improve balance and flexibility. With Ashtanga yoga, poses are synchronized with the breath to produce a cleansing, detoxifying sweat which helps strengthen the body and calm the mind. Bliss Yoga Studio is outfitted with all the materials needed for class, including blocks, mats, and straps. Andrew also works with clients one-on-one during 90-minute private sessions.
