One 90-Minute Wellness Coaching Foundation Session
Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis in order to reach an optimal state of being. The single most important part of wellness coaching is getting clients to their desired state of being and offering education, support, motivation, and accountability along the way. During this call, we brainstorm wellness goals together and create a daily action plan to achieve them. We also dive deeper into nutrition, mindset, movement, and the mind-body connection. Drafted goals, action plan, and an individualized workout program are provided after this first session.
Session is virtual through zoom, link will be provided. Each session includes customized wellness goals, action plan, and an individualized workout program within 5 business days.

I'm Annamarie, Wellness Coach and NASM CPT. I help women who want to reach their optimal wellness create a consistent plan in order to see noticeable results over time without feeling guilty for prioritizing themselves. I believe that our mind is the most powerful tool we have, and that movement is medicine. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis in order to reach an optimal state of being. The five pillars of wellness are physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social. Wellness coaching involves evaluating each area and its current state and creating goals and action plans to seek improvement as needed. The single most important part of wellness coaching is getting clients to their desired state of being and offering education, support, motivation, and accountability along the way. My program takes a holistic approach in tackling all three areas when it comes to wellness: mind, body, and soul. As your coach, I become your biggest champion. I provide a program that creates lasting change through new healthy habits and routines, eliminating negative thought patterns, and overcoming the fear of failure. I am based in Seattle and I work with both local and non-local clients. With the current pandemic, I am offering virtual sessions (either phone or zoom) for all clients.
