BlitZkrieg Paintball’s paint-splattered premises encompass four different fields and one jungle-play area, giving technicolor warriors of all skill levels plenty of space in which to engage in their good-natured skirmishes. BlitZkrieg pros preface colorful confrontations by educating players in a precombat safety and then outfit combatants with a facemask, vest, paintball gun, two ammo pods, and one escape pod for blasting into space if outflanked.
From there, warriors bombard one another with a rain of color on one of four fully lighted outdoor courses. Thickets of overgrown bushes, inflatables, and butter busts of Civil War generals conceal combatants on the open grassland battlefield soaked in Monet-like pastels. Players can take a break to refill their paint rifles and restock their stomachs with a slice of pizza or philly cheesesteak and a bottled water.
Within the tight-quartered confines of the two outdoor speedball fields, paintballers duck and dive behind inflatable obstacles and blanket the opposition in one of 10 different paints such as Marballizer. When players desire a more methodical game, they advance on Blitzkrieg's three woodsball fields. During woodsball play, teams slink through narrow paths lined with dense green shrubbery, using trees for cover. Amid the jungle-like environment, combatants chuck paint grenades at distant enemies and plant paint mines in strategic locations that explode in geysers of pigment. Once everyone's clothing is coated in abstract art, teams can come to a truce over pizza, philly cheesesteaks, hotdogs, and the fact that everyone's veins pumps the same blue paint.
