Property Portraits OHIO is a architectural photography company that works with Builders, Real Estate Teams/Agents and even companies to capture powerful images that help your property shine. We believe the power of selling is in the details and we strive to make every property look the best it can.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Seeing grandpa sitting on the couch, or Fred (the house cat) climbing on the dinner table while looking for a home made me feel un easy & un motivated to pick up the phone & call the Listing Agent to book a walk through while finding a home. So... I decided to change the game one listing at a time.

What do you love most about your job?
I love taking an average looking home & creating an image that makes you say, WOW! Putting focus into the details is our strength (straight walls, correct angles, no reflecting) when it comes to separating us from the rest. Blue skies, green grass & creating feeling in each photograph is powerful.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We have been told that that our images are the main reason why home buyers picked up the phone and scheduled a "Go See". As an agent there isn't much more you can ask for. Our Photography Sells!
