Spread your visits out throughout the next three months to invigorate your routine as necessary, or go once a week to jump-start a newfound dedication to strength training. If you are seeing a trainer once every week, you'll also get access to Blockhead Fitness's state-of-the-art facility at no additional cost on the days you aren't seeing your trainer.
Blockhead Fitness's policy allows no more than four trainers and clients to work out at a time, so you'll never have to wait for machines or feel crowded and intimidated by people who come to show off their muscles for the crowds; instead, you'll only interact with people who are serious about fitness and come to Blockhead to work. Though serious, the expert trainers at Blockhead Fitness will keep your workout fun and interesting because staying engaged with your workout yields results. You'll work with one of Blockhead's 14 available trainers to design a routine that will propel you toward your fitness goals and supplement any pre-existing workouts. Your eagle-eyed trainer will correct your sloppy form to ensure that you perform every bench press and sit up perfectly to achieve safe and dramatic results. Schedule appointments at Blockhead Fitness during its convenient hours. Blockhead is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday; and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
