The MMA technique coalesces several fighting styles, including wrestling, boxing, and thumb warring, into one all-out method of battle training. In addition to MMA sessions, students can get cardio workouts, grapple through ground fighting with combat jiujitsu, and strengthen their muscles by hoisting kettlebells. An intense month of classes opens the gym’s fully stocked training schedule to students in sessions stratified for beginner and seasoned fighters.
