My second time getting a full set of lashes. I am 50+ yo and wanted something for Bottlerock weekend. Environment was quiet and inviting and Isabella was welcoming. Not super knowledgeable in lashes so didn't know what I wanted this time. My first time I asked for winged lashes, longer on the outer lashes. But told Isabella I want a little oomph with out being dramatic. I took a relaxing lash nap while Isabella went to work. She gave me what I asked and I'm very pleased. It's day 2 and so far I haven't seen any loss. I will add the serum that helps them hold on tonight. Good, relaxing experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Sarah, the owner, started Bloom as an on location makeup company. She would travel to weddings to bring out the beauty in brides and their parties. Thirteen years ago she started offering lash extensions to her bridal clients but the word got out. The closest other location offering lash extensions was in Los Angles, lashes weren’t as popular then. Only movie stars were doing them. The word got out about the service and Sarah got so busy she started hiring a team. This is how Bloom was transformed into the cute, fun pink shop that it is! Bringing out the beauty in others!

What do you love most about your job?

All the Bloom girls love bringing out the beauty in women. This is our life and our passion. We get to transform women, they leave feeling beautiful and confident. It’s a gift that we love to share. Everyone at Bloom truly loves and cares about each one of our clients.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We get amazing reactions every single day. Watching women look at themselves with lashes for the first time is so fulfilling. They leave with huge smiles feeling great about themselves!
