Haven't had lashes since before covid. And I must say...MY BEST LASH EXPERIENCE EVER!! 1st time I've booked with Bloom Lash Co. and Jacqueline even texted me before my appointment and got a little background of what I was looking for. Answered all my questions/concerns and made me excited about getting lashes again. Added great suggestions on my eye shape and her sincere enthusiasm/attention of my sample pics instantly built my confidence. Her super gorgeous salon has such a feel of warmth & comfort. We had such a wonderful conversation as she worked with soft music in the background. She was so connected in our conversation, yet so focused on her work. Made me almost forget, at times, what she was doing, until she mentioned how beautiful my lashes were looking. Couldn't have been far from the truth! Upon finishing, she saw an area not to her satisfaction and said "I think I want to add one more spot if you don't mind?" Reflecting her "True Love" for what she does and her Perfection to satisfy not just a client, but herself. They came out PERFECT! Exactly what I've always asked for from previous salons...Long, dark brown,natural, healthy looking lashes beyond what I expected. Received a compliment an hour later at a nail salon. Jacqueline has not only become my new lash artist, but feel a personable bond and sincere friendship with her. I don't write reviews often. I think we tend to always expect good service, or some only write if something not to their satisfaction. But when someone goes above and beyond and you can tell it's an every day occurrence with every client she can beautify and spoil, I have to write and share my experience as well I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BLOOM for your lashes or brows.
