Both are once-weekly GLP-1 injections that curb appetite and improve metabolic health. Wegovy® (semaglutide) is FDA-approved for chronic weight management; Zepbound® (tirzepatide) adds dual GIP/GLP-1 activity for potentially greater weight-loss at higher doses.

How much will the medication cost me?

Wegovy® — $199 for the first month (promo through June 30 ’25), then $499/month for any strength through NovoCare® Pharmacy. • Zepbound® — $349/month (2.5 mg) or $499/month (5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg) through LillyDirect®; higher refill prices apply if >45 days between fills. Will insurance cover the drug?

Are side effects common?

    I liked my experience with BloomMD. They are very quick to reply. Very good communication. I received the medication on Tuesday and I feel it is working. Everything is legit. The only thing that is different is that overall from the moment I redeem my voucher to the day I got the medication, probably it was 10 days+. The way it works is that you redeem your voucher, a Dr. needs to approve your medication and then the doctor sends it to a pharmacy. The pharmacy takes 5-7 to process it. For me it took like 3 business days ( pharmacy emailed me on Th. and they shipped the medication on Monday). Once the pharmacy sent the medication, I received it the next day. I think it is a great deal, I am happy with them. I will keep using them . Just be mindful, the processing time is more than what is stated. Still not a bad deal at all!!! Thank you!
