Typically, you can use Groupons the same day you buy them--any exceptions to this will be listed in the Fine Print on the deal page!

When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

Do we need to make reservations? Do we have to exchange the groupon for actual tickets at pier 39 or do we use the groupon directly to board the cruise?

Q:

This indicates that it expires in one year. Is that the promotional value that expires in a year or the paid amount? I assume both as it is not delineated.

When your voucher’s promotional value expires, you can always redeem it for the original amount paid (in this case, $28).

I've family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 kids are 4 years old and 2.5 years old. How many ticket do I need to buy? Are kids under 5 years old free of change? Or do kids under 5 are allow to get on?

Children 4 and under are free. There is no minimum age.
