Blue Bar Grill
Blue Bar Grill's chef and owner Anthony Raggiri cut his culinary teeth in Marseille, France before working at world-renowned restaurants in the Cote D'Azur region and then in New York City. Now, Raggiri serves up haute cuisine while guests enjoy seaside views and live adult contemporary music in a newly renovated upscale bistro. In true bistro fashion, Raggiri plates fetching displays of braised lamb shank, grilled Atlantic salmon, and crispy duck a l'orange. But during live shows, he trots out a three-course prix fixe menu that leans more towards surf 'n' turf with black Angus prime rib and Maine lobster. And for a relaxing evening of sea breezes and sunsets, Blue Bar Grill opens up its ocean-front terrace, where guests can sip on an array of international and state-side wines paired with key lime pie or a thin apple tart.
In addition to the dining room and terrace, Blue Bar and Grill also features a lounge offering a special bar menu and a la carte food menu and for parties, an oceanfront ballroom that can accommodate over 300 people.
