I tried to redeem the voucher for an item and was brought to a page where it says I must buy blue crabs.... The voucher clearly states anything...If this is not the case I would like a refund...

Q:

I bought the $80.00 deal and tried to purchase for fathers day and the website only allows the groupon for bushels of crabs and no other packages or products. This deal states any item. If the only option is a bushell of crabs I will request return of purchase. I was very excited to see this deal and send it to my father. I need to know the answer relatively soon as Ishippnig will need to occur next week.

We do allow you to use it on anything we had a customer early with the same situation they were one digit off on their code when they entered. It please call 1-800-499-2722 and my staff will gladly help.

I tried to order, and your website says I can only order the following, so you can't order anything on the site, I bought this because it said I could order anything??? Website says you can order: Maryland Blue Crabs by the Half Bushel-LIVE or by the Bushel-LIVE, or either steamed, or Mosquito and Fly Repellent Device..

Q:

I think crabs are best right after they've been steamed. Can you guarantee delivery after steaming within 15-30 minutes? Is there a way to specify what time the delivery will be?

A:

All crabs are steamed and cooled down to room temperature. They can not be shipped hot. They are shipped on gel packs and dry ice. You can reheat them upon arrival. You can pick specific early deliveries an upgraded charge.

Bought the $39 deal after reading on here that it could be used for ANYTHING on the site. Just tried to place my order and it won't let me because it's saying the $39 is only good towards bushels. You guys need to fix this as the only reason I bought the $39 was because it was for anything. Of course your customer service is closed today...

OK I hope my first question is not posted since I made an error on the date. I am frustrated that the site keeps putting in shipping charges of $55 for overnight when I am in California and asking for shipment on Friday, June 14 which allows 4 days. The suggestion is to allow 2-3 days for Thursday delivery. I am allowing 4 days for Friday delivery yet it does not recalculate the total with that info. Why is that? I had my order and special all set and was going to purchase the groupon but it would not put the correct shipping. I do not want the groupon if I can not get accurate info on the shipping. please help me fix this or understand the issue. Also I had signed up to receive discounts several days ago and had no confirmation yet from that.
