Language barrier they should have someone that speaks good English hard to understand what they were saying. Oh n the towels were too hot

There is a bit of a language barrier with the employees. My wife and her friends mentioned Blue Ocean Reflexology interior was very basic and didn’t feel very relaxing.
Absolutely great service. I left feeling relaxed and limber.
The message was pretty good, but they were unorganized. When you call to schedule they simply ask what time you would like and okay see you then. They don’t take down any information to make sure that you’re not sitting around and the place was a bit loud. The woman at the front desk got into a screaming match with a masseuse.
Once we settled it was perfect! Best massage ever.
