What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I offer waxing, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, reflexology, and massage. I ensure every client is treated to an exceptional experience that combines the highest standard of customer service with the high-quality, personalized, results-oriented spa services, products, and wellness that Blue Orchid Spa is known for.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I think I've just always enjoyed taking care of my clients in a customized and personal way. I found it difficult to do that working for others. I like that I can give my clients the time and attention that they deserve.

What do you love most about your job? That feeling I get when a client leaves my table or chair feeling 100% satisfied with their service. Nothing beats it. Sometimes they text me the next day or write a review about how much they loved it and how great their results were. I also love the relationships I build with my clients.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I'm not sure about the "best" reaction. I often get a "that was the best (fill in the blank service) I've ever had." I think that's about as high a mark as you can get!
