Q:

What is the age group or groupings? Daily camp time- beginning, ending. What about meals? Drinks? Who is "in charge?" How many children in a group? How many counselors per number of children?

Barbara A.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

The ages are 4-13 and the children are grouped accordingly and given age appropriate activities. The hours are 9-2. Brown bag lunches are suggested. Snacks and drinks are provided. The number of children in a group depends on the number of participants but the avg is 6-8. The younger children are in smaller groups. The leaders are myself and other full time instructors at the farm, the volunteers are teenagers on our equestrian team. The ratio is 2-3 children for every leader. It is well supervised. We have been putting on camps for 6 years. The children love it.These and other details can be found on the IFAQS page on the lilltlefarmersdaycamp
