Two times my sunset tour was canceled at the very last minute — on the same day of the cruise! After the second cancellation, I tried to reach out to reschedule or at least get an update, but never received any response. Very poor communication and unreliable service. I wouldn’t recommend booking unless you want your plans ruined and your messages ignored.
