What You'll Get
Though chanting around a fire in the hills of northern Italy fosters friendship and spontaneous spaghetti combustion, a more rigorous approach is required to achieve the rumoured effects of boot camp. Seek out svelteness instead of shoe shapes with today's Groupon to Body Balance, located on Henderson Highway.
Body Balance boot camp's experienced instructors transform sorry soulsacks into strong, sexy silhouettes. Four-week boot camp consists of 12 workout sessions with personal instruction, two fitness assessments and body measurements (each taken on the first and last days of camp), and an outpouring of nutritional information so you can properly learn how to hush hunger without the use of a pacifier. You'll get a full fitness evaluation and a chance to discuss your fitness goals, which can help keep you on track as you plow through four weeks of workouts. Boot campers also get a pass to attend a fitness studio class, allowing hardened boot campers to experiment with softer exercises like belly dancing and yoga. Campers need to supply their own mat, hand weights, runners, water, and towel.
There are not yet many reviews for Body Balance Boot Camp, but students provide testimonials on YouTube.

About Body Balance
Sandi Knox, the co-founder of Body Balance, has devised her own set of workout DVDs and appeared on Breakfast Television to showcase her exercises. Along with co-owner Sheldon Gephter, she oversees a fitness studio that hosts group classes in latin-dance-inspired Zumba, kick-boxing workouts, and yoga. Their eclectic boot-camp workouts consist of cardio, circuit training, resistance training and more, rather than imitating traditional workouts in which everyone holds a squat until they fall asleep. Elsewhere in the facility, Eric Payment, the studio’s on-site massage therapist, kneads away aches from neck ailments and sports injuries on his memory-foam massage table. Sandi won Canada's Top Trainer 2015 and has appeared on CTV Living Well Show, CBC and CJOB.
