Q:

Hey Boris, I used to be forced to run in the military daily... despite how painful it was for me, which made me HATE running. After multiple variations of diagnostic testing/physical therapy Orthopedic Doctors in the military suspected compartmental syndrome in my calves, but I did not consent to the testing to find out considering the scarring it leaves. So needless to say as soon as I separated I never ran again! It has now been 3 yrs. since the last time I ran... so my question is how much continuous running is there in your boot camp classes? I can do spurts of running if its broken up by other activities. Can I handle this boot camp class? Thank you! -Erica

Q:

Hello Boris, I don't consider myself athletic at all, but I'm very interested in the classes you offer. Based on the options given, can any pertain to the Total Fit sessions? Or do you prefer I start somewhere else? I'm out of shape for sure, although I do enjoy doing yoga every so often. :)

Q:

Hi Boris, I haven't ridden a bike in 15 years and need your help. Can some of your personal training be used to help me get my confidence and calf muscle strength back? I just bought a light weight cruiser bicycle that I could take to your sessions in my car. Thanks, Jetta

A:

Hey Jetta, I am a cyclist myself and remember what it was like getting back on a bike after a long time off. Doing our Personal Training we can certainly help with your overall leg strength and confidence in your physical abilities. In the one-on-one sessions we can also incorporate some biking in as a part of your training!
