Bryan Rhoden, founder of Body by Bryan, employs his certification as a personal trainer and experience in the military to strengthen bodies with his series of Midtown Rush Hour Boot-Camp sessions. Sessions boost heart rates Monday–Saturday at 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., though more class times may be added to accommodate an increase in interest. After a group warmup, Bryan leads trainees through exercises that include jumping jacks, squat thrusts, sprints, sit-ups, and inward sweating, all of which are performed in circuits to keep muscles continuously moving during the one-hour session.
