John Emond is a man of many skills. With certifications in nutrition, kettlebell training, CrossFit, and Mad Dog Spin, he's merged his specialties into a unique fitness program that's implemented at Body by John by himself and a team of qualified trainers. A combination of strength training, kettlebells, nutrition, and spinning, their fitness regimens are designed to help clients lose weight, tone up, and gain the muscle necessary to bench press anybody who brags about how much they can bench press. Classes also incorporate kickboxing and cardio bootcamps, and are offered six days a week.
