Hi Nancy - this is Jen. So sorry you found your experience here to be so unpleasant, as I truly enjoyed treating you and talking with you in depth about you and your family. To your point about being pushy with my comments, I apologize if they came off to you as being pushy, but I would note that 1) we went above and beyond for your business by honoring more than one offer for you when our policy is one voucher per client only; 2) we are a small, family-run business and you did sign an appointment cancellation policy agreeing that we charge $50 for any appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, out of the four appointments total you had purchased through Groupon, you failed to show up to (or even call) for one appointment and cancelled / rescheduled two others. I waived the fee for you at all times to show our appreciation for your business and with the understanding that you have a lot going on with family and things come up. But I'm sure you can understand that, in running a business, we cannot keep making exceptions, particularly when those have potentially negative implications for our other customers. On a positive note, I was very glad that the treatment was helpful for you and that is the reason I commented that your breasts looked fuller (when we tighten / tone the skin above the breast, they lift and appear fuller). Again, apologies for any offense you took to my request that you provide more timely notice of any changes or cancellations.
