CrossFit-certified personal trainer Roy Taylor and his staff leads students through 60-minute CrossFit classes, which revolve around a continually changing workout of the day. Students with six months or less of CrossFit experience will use the first three sessions towards mandatory Foundations training, which teaches the nine functional movements of CrossFit to promote safety during your workouts.
Roy Taylor wasn’t always an NASM-, NASCA-, AFAA-, and ACE-certified personal trainer. He was once a 6’5” kid who weighed 145 pounds.
