Each one-hour boot-camp session juggles a fresh, high-intensity lineup of body-weight drills, cardio moves, leaping plyometrics, and strength work. Instead of aggressively shouting commands, instructors demonstrate techniques and modifications to exercises, permitting guests of all fitness levels to perspire at a suitable pace. The strongHer team-training program meets three times a week, initiating groups of three to six students into safe, effective lifting techniques that are geared towards strength building, muscle toning, and fat loss resulting in a fit and feminine athletic look. For students especially interested in fat loss, the metabolic program combines two lifting sessions per week with access to two boot-camp sessions.<p>
