Each one-hour boot-camp session juggles a fresh, high-intensity lineup of body-weight drills, cardio moves, leaping plyometrics, and strength work. Instead of aggressively shouting commands, instructors readily demonstrate techniques and modifications to exercise, permitting guests of all fitness levels to perspire at a suitable pace. Additionally, they dole out nutrition advice that helps guests to smooth out their tummies without scorching food in an attempt to burn calories.
