During Pilates mat classes, students work with their own body weight to target core strength and flexibility; in cycling sessions, light weights tone and sculpt the upper body along with a cardio-conditioning routine that also works core strength. Pilates Reformer sessions use Reformer equipment and other apparatuses such as the Wunda chair for a comprehensive, more advanced Pilates routine that boosts endurance, overall strength, and flexibility. All classes meet in small-group sessions for approximately an hour with no more than 10 students in mat and cycling and four students in Reformer classes to ensure personalized attention.
