Exercise would be a doubly efficient venture if people could split into two halves and have both body sections burn calories simultaneously by riding a tandem bike. Today's Groupon makes the most of feasible workouts with five group fitness classes for $45 at Body in Mind, a $100 value. Your Groupon is good toward any combination of five group fitness classes offered at the studio. Disciplines include mat Pilates, yogalates, boot camp, Zumba, cardio kickboxing, and sitting in the corner.
Reap the benefits of group training. Working out with others motivates you to push yourself harder, helps you stick to a regimen, and gives you the opportunity to bond with new friends over tales of general sweatiness. Synch the body and mind during an aligning yogalates class, which combines the low-impact, results-focused movements of Pilates with the mindful poses of yoga. Get serious about fitness and boost your flexibility, strength and endurance with a one-hour boot-camp session. If you’re looking to bust a move, try Zumba dance fitness. If you're looking to bust a face, try cardio kickboxing. Check the upcoming class schedule here for class days and times.
A member from Body in Mind's team of highly qualified fitness squadron leaders heads each class. The friendly muscle masters lead by example while your classmates provide peripheral support by filling the corners of your eyes with visions of their determination and sweat-slicked brows. Fitness buffs of all buffness are welcome to join each class. Students must be 10 years of age or older and sign a waiver to start whipping mashed potatoes into a ripped and sculpted masterpiece.

Body in Mind
Spinal surgery led Nina Waldman to Pilates. After her husband was injured playing professional basketball in Jerusalem—severely enough to require surgery—she became fascinated with Pilates, which was part of his physical rehabilitation. Nina originally aspired to a career in sports medicine, but instead became certified in Pilates and opened two studios, one in Jerusalem and one in her native Las Vegas.
At Body in Mind, Nina and her staff teach Pilates, yoga, and indoor cycling, as well as Candlelight Stretch. This class combines yoga, Pilates, strength training, and sports stretching, and is taught by candlelight. In addition to fitness classes, Body in Mind also stocks Juice Plus+ to supplement healthy diets.
