Wellesley Body in Motion
Wellesley Body in Motion was originally founded in 2000 as a Pilates studio, but it has since expanded. Today, instructors help their clients power through weight-loss plateaus with two unique full-body workouts: Barfusion and Pilates. Whereas Barfusion blends ballet-barre work, Pilates, weightlifting, and flexibility training for students at different points in their fitness journey, Pilates takes a slightly different approach. It relies on Pilates towers, reformers, chairs, barrels, or mats to ease the rigor of strengthening movements.
