About Body IQ Life
At Body IQ Life, the goal is to help clients achieve a healthy body/mind balance. Owner Janine Galati has 25 years of experience in exercise design and therapeutic bodywork, and she brings that expertise to her studio. There, students can build core strength during Pilates classes, or center their mind and body during restorative yoga sessions. Other wellness services include therapeutic massages, herbal footbaths, and nutritional coaching.
