Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
With humor and constantly changing routines. We know staying in shape is hard and rarely fun so that's why we are hired. We make it fun, motivating, and keep you accountable.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
No, we leave music up to the client. We can help them sweat to oldies or hip-hop.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Our fitness consultancy believes that fitness is a journey and that we are just helping you find the right path. No judgments.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We want to be your fitness advisors for life. We feel like our consultancy is a big family. We want our clients to know that we will be with them through thick and thin. Our business also includes face to face interaction between therapists and customers via a mobile device to discuss their health goals.
