I only had 1 session for now. The procedure says it all. I felt the crunches on my abdomen by just laying down and let the machine do the work. Good for people who find doing abdominal crunches difficult. The cons is you have to do several treatments to see the result. Still I would definitely recommend this!

I cancelled my appointment with 12 hours notice due to a flight delay out of my control, was told I couldn't cancel even though I never received the confirmation email and I signed a statement saying I would be charged 50% if less than 24h notice was given. Was charged the full fee of the appointment instead of 50% as outlined in their policy/the email from the owner who has refused my change.
