About Body Sole Work

Body Sole Work is a massage therapy and personal training studio gym in the NE area of Albuquerque. I offer personal training for all levels of clientele to help them reach their goals of personal fitness. I also work with individuals who have planar fasciitis and help educate on the problem areas and home care to control the issue. I also offer active/passive stretching for individuals who need to muscle for such things as sciatica, lower back tightness, etc.
