They were very professional. They were running late and gave me a call which was great so I could leave a bit later and I wouldn't have to wait there. The technician was professional, as it was my first time for laser hair removal, went slowly and answered questions during the session. Whether the laser hair removal works?!?! Don't know yet, only had one session. So far I don't see much of a difference.
