About bodyco

At bodyco, instructors help clients of all fitness levels meet their individual goals with personal training sessions and group fitness classes. The foundational Intro to bodyco class teaches the fundamentals of fitness, helping beginner-level students gain confidence in completing basic exercise routines. Intermediate and advanced clients can take part in boot camp classes, which incorporate interval training, strength training, and bodyweight exercises and make use of equipment ranging from free weights to bands. Classes are held both indoors and outdoors, and can include dragging sleds or flipping tires. The gym's other classes run the gamut from boxing sessions to cycling and rowing classes.
