About This Deal
One 60-Minute Bodywork Session
60 minute massage or myofacial release.
Please feel free to call or email for more information regarding myofascial release if needed.
One 90-Minute Bodywork Session
90 minute massage, or you can split it up with 30 minutes of myofascial release and 60 minute massage.
Splitting the time between the modalities is highly recommended. Myofascial release is a great precursor to massage!
Myofascial release (MFR) is received with clothes on. Gym clothes are recommended.
MFR is a gentle yet highly effective modality that works directly with the fascia system. The fascia is what holds the body together. It encapsulates every muscle fiber, and nerve. Most pain is due to fascia restrictions, so when the fascia is released the muscles and nerves calm as a result.
