Swamp cruises are a luxurious way to relax and see the sights, unlike boarding alligators equipped with saddles, which usually results in whiplash and water-filled lungs. Cruise in comfort with today's Groupon for an airboat tour from Boggy Creek Airboat Rides's East Lake location in Kissimmee. Choose between the following two options:

• For $19, you get a ticket for children aged 3–10) for a one-hour scenic nature airboat tour (a $39.54 value including tax). Children younger than 3 years old are admitted for free.
• For $21, you get an adult ticket for a one-hour scenic nature airboat tour (a $44.89 value including tax).

Boggy Creek's expert swamponauts ably escort guests through the Everglades with a fleet of U.S. Coast Guard-inspected and certified airboats. During a one-hour tour, up to 17 nature seekers explore the tall grasses and waters of Florida's wetland wilderness, cruising across the surface at speeds of up to 45 mph. USCG-certified captains point out the nearby wildlife, such as ambling alligators sneaking through the brush, blue herons gliding across the sky, or the rare bald eagle barbershop quartet performing a heartfelt version of "Free Bird." After each tour, passengers can watch a live gator handling and are allowed to hold the animal. Tours run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, though advanced reservations are required. All vessels are supplied with life preservers and ear protection is also provided for passengers due to the loud fans used to propel the boats.

Boggy Creek Airboat Rides

In 1994, owners Chris and Margie Long established Boggy Creek Airboat Rides with a single, six-passenger vessel. Recently, their company celebrated its 20th anniversary, and their fleet has grown to more than a dozen boats, and the business has whisked more than one million passengers through Orlando's nearby wetlands. From two locations, Boggy Creek's fan-propelled watercrafts launch into the Florida Everglades, exploring the swampy habitats of gators, turtles, eagles, exotic birds, and exiled Frankensteins. Seven different tours offer varied experiences, including a night ride, during which participants observe red-eyed gators prowling for prey. US Coast Guard–certified captains helm every ride, which are safe for explorers of all ages—even infants
