About Boiler House Bikram Yoga

Boiler House Yoga was opened in 2012 and offers aerial yoga classes taught by certified Unnata Aerial instructors as well as Bikram and hot yoga classes taught by certified Bikram yoga teachers. Owner, Derek, and his fellow teachers lead students through these classes that take place inside a comfortable, clean space with high ceilings and skylights. The studio also offers private lessons, nutrition coaching, and special events such as Tibetan Singing Bowls sound baths and workshops. After class, students can rinse off their hard-earned sweat in the showers or browse the athletic boutique that features athletic wear, supplements, essential oils, and a variety of water, coconut water, Kombucha, and other drinks.
