About Boiling Hot Pot
At most restaurants, there's only one major decision to be made—which entree to order. At Boiling Hot Pot, there are so many more. The selection process for this traditional Chinese soup-based meal begins with a choice of several soup types, which include pork or beef bone broth and a choice of spicy, kimchi, miso, and other base options. These piping hot broths are served in a segmented dish that's kept hot at the center of the table, and that's where the fun begins: diners cook a gorgeous spread of all-you-can-eat raw ingredients of their choice in the boiling broths.
Protein options include lamb, Kobe-style beef, marinated beef, beer beef, and fatty pork belly, among others, and toppings such as pumpkin, shiitake mushrooms, and napa cabbage (as well as optional rice or noodles). The all-you-can-eat meals are complemented by an all-you-can-drink option, which extends to the selection of beers, wine, sake, and soda.
